However, we may need to provide your name and delivery address to third parties that are involved in the processing of your order uses for delivering specific services to you (for example, the financial institution that issued your credit card or the courier that delivers your order).

 Requesting a Quote

Quotes are available instantly on our website. If the item suggests that you call for price and availability it is usually due to fluctuating manufacturer lead times and rapid price adjustments for order quantities. Expected availability dates listed on products are published so that you are made aware of additional stock replenishment dates. If an item is not pending delivery, the average lead time from date of order is displayed. All of this information is provided so that you may place back orders into our system with instant updates and access to status through your online account access.

When placing an order online, we accept the following methods of payment:

Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number that your credit card has on file for you - this will ensure no delays in processing your order.

You will be asked to provide the Credit Card Verification Number when ordering. The verification number is a 3 or 4 digit number printed on the back of your card to the right side of the signature area. It helps protect against credit card theft by individuals who don't possess the physical card.

Credit Extension Purchases

Carrlu Company Inc. extends credit options to those who apply for Net 30 Day Accounts. In order to qualify for credit with Carrlu Company Inc. please request a credit application by phone, e-mail, or through the Contact Us portion of the e-commerce site. You will be asked to:

  1. Provide the name of your Company and full mailing/shipping address
  2. Indicate type of business organization with Federal Identification number
  3. Provide full Banking information, including address phone & fax numbers.
  4. Include 3 Trade references, including contact name, address, phone, fax & e-mail(if available)
  5. Applications normally take 3-5 business days to be approved.


Shipping & Handling

Warehouse Locations is the tool and supply distribution division of Carrlu Company Inc. BBI Proferred Tools is the global supplier network that stocks the central warehouse with inventory for distribution through, in this case, located 1304 Goshen Parkway, West Chester, PA 19380. In addition, strategic partner warehousing has been established across the country. Our network can drop ship items to your customers with your company name on all documents on a global basis.

Please be advised that we do not have the distribution rights of the Proferred brand of quality products in the states of California and Washington. Any ensuing order(s) from these states will be returned unfulfilled, and payments credited.

Shipping Methods

On all orders $75 or more processed online, FREE shipping is provided for all domestic shipments. We reserve the right to use either UPS Ground or USPS services based on cost and time efficiency. For orders under $75 we use the following methods of shipping to deliver packages to your customers.

  • UPS Domestic & International Ground & Air Services
  • Options Include: Ground, 3 Day, 2 Day and Next Day Delivery
  • Ground Deliveries may ship USPS depending on logistic efficiency.

Shipping Rates

All orders under $75 are charged a flat $10 shipping fee. International shipments are charged directly by Bongo International including all Duties, Taxes & Fees upon checkout. Orders over $75 are shipped FREE.

Your Dashboard Ordering Information Status Levels

Please become familiar with your account dashboard online. It will provide you with everything you need to know about your order history, status, pending, shipping and tracking information. It will also provide invoice information and account settings features.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel any item that has not entered the shipping process. Most items enter the shipping process within two hours of the order being placed.

 Returns & Refunds

After 30 days from the date of shipment will not authorize any refunds for claims for damage, claims for missing or lost goods or goods claimed to have not been received.

In order to return an item you are required to contact us by Phone, Fax or e-mail, stating the reason for return. We will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA#) noting the conditions upon which the material purchased can be returned.

  • Reference your purchase order.
  • Select Item and Invoice Number
  • Select Reason for Return
  • Select Required Action

Your return will be accepted and processed through our Quality department. If the material is received in acceptable condition (as specified in the RMA), we will credit you in the manner that your account dictates. Credit Card orders are always credited to the card charged, refund checks will be sent within a two to three week period.

Return Policy

The return policy has been created to make the process easy for you. Please follow the procedures listed below when returning products to us:

  • Goods returned will take approximately 3 business days to be processed. Where you have informed us that you wish to cancel your order in accordance with our refunds it will also take up to 30 days to process.
  • You are obliged by law to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you return your goods (unless faulty) or if you have informed us in writing that you wish to cancel your order, you should (as applicable) also return or retain the original packaging, together with all manuals, warranty cards and all accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.
  • When you return goods to us, you may wish to consider insuring the goods that you are returning. We also suggest the use of a carrier that can provide a 'proof of delivery'.
  • Except in the case of faulty or mis-described goods, shipping back to is to be paid by the Customer. Where the goods are faulty or mis-described, we shall either collect the goods from you or ask you to return the goods and refund you the reasonable shipping costs.
  • Any customer returning goods which are found not to be faulty or mis-described shall not be entitled to a refund of the shipping costs incurred in sending and returning the goods to and may have shipping charges deducted from any refund owing.

 Types of Products and Conditions of Return

  • Most items may be returned for refund or exchange provided we receive them within 30 days of shipping.
  • Where goods are returned as faulty after 30 days of shipping we reserve the right to return the product to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. If this should happen then it is likely that the repair or replacement could take up to 30 days to process. In some cases we may advise you to contact the manufacturer directly as they offer tailored end user warranties and in some cases on-site replacement and are therefore better placed to resolve any problems.
  • If you request a replacement, we will ship your replacement after we have processed your returned product. We will create a credit note for your account to the value of the item(s) being returned and a new order will be created by us for the replacement item(s). No funds will be taken from you during this process unless express permission has been given.
